Shaker Mountain Cottage

The Shaker Mountain Cottage is a slightly larger version of our cabin to provide just a little more room for your living needs. The floor measures 12 x 17m.

The large end windows on each end will darken on touch for privacy. The front windows are opening transom with very wide sills for your favorite plants.

While the outside is sun bleached old wood, the interior floor slightly warped wide plank. It is nicely finished and has just enough shine to appear casual, but you should take your hiking boots off.

This cozy home has Argyle's Smart Lighting System. The four deck lights are controlled by one three button wall switch. The buttons are for low, medium, and high illumination. Each button may be tinted your own color using edit-select face-texture, and the light will shine in that color.

There is floor moulding all around, something usually reserved for much more expensive homes. This is not a texture on paper, but actual moulding you may tint and texture to your liking.

Of course, you may wish to just bask in the glow of our rustic fireplace. The flames are menu driven and adjustable by you. Behind the fireplace is a unique printed pattern on wainscoting, something unique to Argyle homes.

The deck surround measures 20 x 26m. This cottage will fit easily on a small 32x32m 1024 parcel, and the low low prim count means there's lots left over for decorating and landscaping.
