these look very cute just to set out.. but I was a bit dissappointed in the poofer/particle effects.. The particle effects released huge balloons that only went out in one direction no matter which way you turned the balloons.. the effects were gawdy looking and the direction thing really didnt work for our event so I just turned them off..
I would suggest maybe changing the particle effect to some cute tiny shamrocks that poof out every direction :)
