Shogi is an easy to learn, hard to master Japanese boardgame. It's similar to chess but with the ability to drop captured pieces back into the board, which makes it really strategic and fun.

Shogi is amazing and this specific board is awesome to play with friends in SL. It has a beautiful design for beginners who aren't familiar with the Japanese characters thoug it also includes the Japanese pieces as well. Easy to use and fun as heck.
