If you are looking for a shop of decent size without it taking up half a Sim then this one will do just nice. I has a modern look to it and has a Footprint of 35x40 with 2 floors to use and a 'safe' spiral stair for your customers to walk up, don't worry it is safe so nobody will fall off whilst using, not like some I have seen :-) The Shop uses 43 Prim in Total so for the size and looks of the shop it is very good
