Expanding your group becomes easy.
Features:
- Can be operated by any number of managers. Manager does not need to be the owner of the sign!
- Record the names of each visitor clicking the sign
- As a manager you can,
- get notified directly of a click by a Instant Message , or
- get the full list of names on request by Instant Message
- get the full list of names automatically in one daily Email. Copy these names in the Open Person Chooser to send group nvitations.
- Reply to your signsup with your own message.
- Give a notecard, landmark or some other gift to your visitors.
- Play a sound each time the sign is clicked.
- Easy configuration using a notecard. Each manager can specify to receive IM's or Emails by a simple menu.
- Low lag: all listeners are only enabled when needed
- The Sign-Up-Sign itself is fully modifiable, or use your own sign, just add the script and the configuration notecard.
Installation is easy:
The Sign-Up-Sign contains an example notecard. None of the items are mandatory. Remove the semicolumn (;) in front of a line to enable a feature. If needed add a soundfile, information notecard, or some gift.
By default no emails or IM's are send to the managers. Click the sign to
enable notification by IM, or by
Manager's menu function:
Touch: Simulates touching the sign , for instance to test notecard delivery.
Report: Reports all avatar names since the last email or reset by IM. Only you will see this list.
Mail on/off: Toggles sending the daily email
Ntify on/off: Toggles the notification of each click
Reset: Resets the script
Note: after having sent the daily email, the sign up list is cleared. If you disable the email function, reset the sign up list using the dialog box.
