Sim Dividers & Corner Cave - Land Splitter Modular System

** SIM DIVIDERS & CORNER CAVE **

This lovely combination pack of sim dividers and a corner cave includes 2 sizes of double-sided sim dividers and a corner cave. The sim dividers are called 'friendly neighbor' because they look nice on the other side too. However the waterfall streams and plants can easily be deleted to save prims if your neighbor has their own sim divider and would not appreciate the view.

The corner cave saves a lot of space in that it fits back into a corner well. The sim dividers stretch out to the right or left of the cave depending on how you want to set it up. You can also enclose your property totally or just have parts of it made more private.

This is a tropical rainforest style, but I also have other themes (canyon, traditional forest,magical/fantasy, and a sand-type tropical) in my store and on the Marketplace. Please message if you can't find them.

*** SIZING INFORMATION - THIS IS A Modular System (parts fit together & water/rocks/plants match - plus size can be changed to fit your parcel size easily) **
Sim dividers are 64m and 128m as rezzed, and corner cave stretches across 64m, but they can easily be modified in size.
As they rez out, the corner cave and the 64m sim divider will take up half a sim.
If you use the cave and the 64m and 128m sim dividers it will stretch across an entire sim (256m).
In other words, I created them as large as possible so as to cover much space with few prims, but they can be much smaller.

Piece 1 ** Beautiful Corner Cave - Tropical **

Beautiful Corner Cave is a lovely lush rainforest cave with many features. It iis in a triangle shape, making a perfect fit in the corner of a parcel so that it doesn't take up as much space (as typical caves often do use a lot of space).
The rock and plant textures match my basic sim-divider waterfalls if you want to stretch a waterfall to the side of the cave.
The cave can easily shrink to a smaller size if needed - just make sure you grab all the parts except the rug as you shrink it (you can see the name of each part inside the toolbox rezzer).
The rug rezzes animations & accessories and provides the perfect cozy spot to view the interior cave waterfalls.
All the accessories are on texture-changing bamboo tables, and the rug changes textures too.

Piece 2 ** Two-sided Sim Divider 64m "Friendly Neighbor" *
A lovely two-sided sim-divider waterfall that looks great - much more appealing than a simple wall crammed against your neighbors plot, and the way it was created also gives the entire sim a more natural appearance.
This enchantingly beautiful sim-divider waterfall has mossy rock colors, streams of water with sound (menu-controlled) and enough plants to add a splash of color.
It is low-prim yet highly detailed...and the height is enough to give privacy but not too tall as to look unnatural or be overpowering (40m tall).
*Waterfall sounds are accessed via clicking waterfall (9 choices/volume/on-off control).

*64m is 1/4th of a sim so it works well on 4096 parcels
* If you want to enclose your sim another copy can easily be rezzed on one or both sides.
** Can easily shrink to a smaller size too - just grab both sections and shrink in the same way a plant or rock is made smaller.

* You can copy this 64m sim-divider to stretch across any sized parcel, but I do have other versions that rez as one piece to stretch across a half or full sim that provide more variety in waterfall stream, rock, and plant placement so that it looks more natural.
