Please note that to save prims, it's hollow (transparent) from bottom and one side, but don't worry there's prefabbed pieces, that solve it... and moreover you can use prefabbed pieces even as slope terrain for your house or cliff peninsula or sea waves breaker.

TEXTURE
Grass texture is baked and should be enough even for enormous resizing. Avoid changing grass texture.
But if u need to, keep in mind that grass top is made of 2 texture faces (id), so you need to replace both and match settings.
