If you are looking for a really unique, beautiful little beach house, you need look no further! Just a simple place to sit (has a sitting animation) and relax and take in the sun and ocean air. Has a dressing room with curtain, and a welcome mat to help keep the sand out.
This beach house has extras too, which includes a Toucan bird (which makes a little bird noise once in a while), a tropical plant and a hammock hanging underneath (with laying animation included)... just in case you need a little nap!
The Beach House is 12 LI, the extras add up to 8.
