This item is one pillow with texture change scripts. There are seven textures for both the pillow and the skull, so you can mix and match them as you choose.
To help with general lag, I would recommend choosing your color combo, then renaming the pillow with something that will help you identify those specific choices. Then remove the scripts from the pillow, and take a copy of that item back into your inventory. Do NOT do this to the main version you have in your inventory. Only the one you have already rezzed. If you decide later you want a different color choice, rez the original and do the same.
This item by itself it won't have much of an effect on lag, but every little bit helps! I would recommend doing this with any items that have scripts you only need to use very randomly, but that's up to you.
If you choose to keep the scripts in your rezzed version, you can control who is able to change the textures by clicking the [access] button in the menu. This will give you the option of everyone/group/owner-only.
