This Eventplatform is build out of 810 prims and uses the Rez Faux System. Footprint size is app. 100 x 116m.
The Arrivalpoint is suggested to be at the smaller round platform, so your guests can enter the Eventplatform and choose which stairs they want to walk up to the center. On the left are some serene waterfalls, the area is offering space for some romantic seating. As the building is modifyable, you can select to place at the round ornaments other textures to display why you are doing a anniversary or another festivity.
The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Rez Faux System. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking.
(make sure you place the rez faux in the middle of your land so enough space is available to rez the structure, then move it to its final postition)
