Do not buy if you intend to take it apart to make something else. It is modify to allow you to change the ground texture, but unless you are a skilled builder (which if you are, you can build one yourself and won't need to buy one) don't use it to try to make something else. It was not built for this purpose.

Made to fit on a SQUARE shaped 4096 sqm parcel (64X64), the Skybox Island is a great beach/island foundation for those wanting to set up a beach house in the sky.
Except for the water and directly under the island, all surfaces of the island are walkable, even down into the water and the ocean floor.
See the inworld island example with a beach house set on it (the beach house and other props are not included with the purchase).
NOTICE: The Skybox Island ocean is a prim made to simulate the appearance of water and is referred to as prim water. When you walk into the prim water, your avatar will not respond by swimming as it would in Linden water (water surrounding a region). You will not be able to swim without a prim water swimmer hud. Same goes for any items made to work in Linden water only, such as floats and boats.

Very easy to handle. It looks like a beach with small mountains and with a beach front. I love it

Well, let me start out with the good points, the sculpted sand is really nice, it slopes down very nicely.. but there are a million things that are a nightmare with this, it has invisible prim's that overlap each other in crazy ways, modding it to combine two side by side was a complete disaster, after hours of working on modding it i was finally ok with the end result.. but i was not overly happy.. so i found another deal for 125L cheaper that really blows this away.. now i have this in my inventory never to see the artificial light from a sim again.. lost out on 425L too.. my advise is.. there are better things than this that are cheaper.. don't buy this.. way over priced for what you get.
