Skybox with original textures, sunshine and shadows. My own mesh, dimensions are approximately 12 x 10 x 4.5 but you can resize it.
Land impact 3 at the above size, permissions are mod / copy, LOD good, proper physics. With good design and specifically made textures quality builds can be made with ultra low land impact.
Baked textures with sunlight and shadows so what you see is what you get. If you have your graphics set to high you can see the glass has a slightly reflective quality like real glass, the door knob and window panes have a soft sheen.
The door is only a prop, it doesn't open - it's a long way down when you are in a skybox.
Noob question - how do you get it? Rezz a cube on top, sit on it, lower it till it is inside, set your landmark, then delete your cube. Easy!

Just perfect for me
I bought this to put on a friends block and I don't get many prime to use. This is just perfect, cosy and homely. The textures are nice and its only 3 land impact. Nicest building I have bought. I hope this builder makes more stuff.

To say that this is an extremely nice build would be an understatement. Low low low LI, beautiful baked textures, PROPER PHYSICS, and a seriously modest price?! Very, very much worth the L's. There are multiple texture faces too if you'd like to retexture or recolor it to your liking. This creator has a really good grasp of how customers would like to customize her product and it's obvious she had this in mind when she built this skybox!
And for those curious, resizing this Skybox to 64m (max allowed size) only puts it at 12 land impact! :D
