Circular tablecloth in a fine linen weave, default size 1m high by 1.2m diameter at the top.

Land impact 1, two of these cloths linked still have land impact of 1.

Custom mesh with proper physics, you can sit on this table if you want to. Custom LOD so the mesh stays intact even at a great distance.

Permissions are MOD / COPY so this tablecloth can be tinted in edit mode to any colour and resized as you desire. Additional photo is the original tablecloth tinted so you can see what you can achieve.
