Really sets the mood
I've had my eye on this for a while now, and finally bought it the other day.
The lighting is spectacular, but unfortunately it was a little too large for me to use for what I was putting together. Yes, I did test the demo - It was more of a "cross your fingers and hope you can size it down" sort of deal. Unfortunately, you can't - but I was still able to utilize the furniture pieces in the alleyway with different things I purchased.
My only real critique is I feel that the doorways are a little large. Then again, I go with smaller (*coughrealistic*) proportions than most. That aside, I think this would be an absolutely perfect addition to someone's urban sim, it really sets the right vibe for being in a dark alley.
Dark, Dirty, Damp, and SEXY!
Want a great "shady" area for anything... sketchy? This is perfection! Opportunities for photos and rp abound, in this compact back alley structure. I've had people actually ask me if they could live in this, and did. Personally, I use it for more adult-oriented activities... the bathroom is very very sexy, you can almost feel how damp that floor must be!
Don't miss the Graffiti on the bathroom stalls, it's entertained a certain subset of my friends for quite a while...
Oh, Just get this if you are even KINDA thinking about it, ok? You won't regret it. Darn thing can even sit in a box by itself and look good - don't NEED to put this in the middle of a city build for it to be awesome :3

This was the perfect piece to my latest build. It was easy to modify and shift around. This creates the perfect grunge shop strip. Please continue to make more low prime builds like this. fantastic!

I was looking for something for the back of my club and didn't want to just throw a few pose balls or toys....I wanted something more. I searched for hours until i came across this and it looked too good to be true. I "bought" the demo and even though the animations aren't on it, i bought the alley within 5 minutes of putting it down. The animations are fun, seamless and very smooth. I think I am going to be lurking down dark alleys for a long time....be careful, you might bump into me :)
