Set the distance you want to move in any or all three axes, and save the script.
Touch to open and close the prim the script is in.
Add more moves! You can modify this script to run the move function in a sequence of moves.

I like to fidget with scripts, but am no good at getting them right. It's how I learn most things tho. Also, I don't often buy scripts, because I've had bad experiences with much of what I have bought in the wild. It's not like buying something you can see, visually. So.. I'm really slow to choose, and picky about my pocketbook when I shop for scripts.
That said, I really needed this script for a dual sliding door. Think about a sliding door that is solid front exterior door, alongside an interior screen door. You can slide your front door open, and close the screen door, for those spring breezes.
Anyway.. this script had 3 reviews, and 5* when I found it today. I am proof that good honest reviews, work.
This script worked perfectly for what I needed. It is link-able to a separate root object. Multiples linked to a root are no problem. The script is light, and written to be useful for both novice, and advanced script readers. I really wish I had found this sooner, but am stoked that I did find THIS ONE.
It took me mere minutes to do what I've tried, on my own, to figure out for days. I actually look forward to playing with this in many projects.

Comes with a example object, which is really neat. Gives you a frame of reference which typically not many people ever do in SL most merchants just say here ya go, figure it out lol and the script is amazing, and so easy to setup, and if you wanted to change your details up a bit, pop open the script and WOW :o notes all up in that thing, easy to read, quick and to the point, very easy to follow, this buy is outstandingly worth the price. Ive been in SL over 13 years and im tellin ya, this is what quality is meant to be :D

This script is really great it works just like it says i use it in my windows of the home i am building and its very smooth and also you can adjust the speed of how fast you want them to open and close unlike some of the other garage door / window scripts that cause you object to slam shut or fly open as a builder in aircraft & homes i would recommend this script to anyone. just drop it in any linked prim and touch it and Wow your all set and is tweak able thanks for this great script :)
