Snow Maker / Ermitter

This item was a whopping 9L which is a nice inexpensie price. The invoice in my account history says it was delivered. A message came across local chat too: "[04:36:33 AM] [2016/12/01 04:32:36] (Unnamed): Your purchase of Snow Maker / Ermitter has been delivered to your Received Items folder." But.....IT'S NOT IN MY INVENTORY. I relogged, cleared cache......STILL NO SNOW EMITTER!

I messaged the seller with proof its not there and I paid for it. (Just because it was inexpensive doesn't mean I don't want it, and that I don't deserve to have an item I paid for.)

I'd like my snow emitter that I paid for please?!?!? If you can't send it, please give me a refund.
