Because clothing, except mesh, are Modify, you can make it so it fits your shape.

Beware
Despite the mention of mesh clothes in the add, this is flexi prims. Script works, textures look ok - but this is ancient SL tech and no mesh is involved in this cloak.
Great, but....
This is a very good looking cape but every prim is an alpha and they start to do that alpha shifting in and out very fast. Not all the time, but just enough to downgrade it a star.
