The European Pied Flycatcher (Ficedula hypoleuca) is a small passerine bird in the Old World flycatcher family, one of the four species of Western Palearctic black-and-white flycatchers. It breeds in most of Europe and western Asia. It is migratory, wintering mainly in western Africa.
Included are 7 versions of the flycatcher, all mod/copy and two prims only.
5 males:
- "Pied Flycatcher (sound on touch)" plays one of four short sounds when somebody touches it.
- "Pied Flycatcher (sound at intervals/daytime)" plays one of four short sounds at random intervals (10-30 seconds) during daytime; at night it is silent.
- "Pied Flycatcher (sound at intervals/day+night)" plays one of four short sounds at random intervals (10-30 seconds), whether it is day or night.
- "Pied Flycatcher (silent)" makes no sounds.
- "Pied Flycatcher (unscripted)" makes no sounds and does not blink.
2 females:
- "Pied Flycatcher (female, silent)" makes no sounds (blinks only).
- "Pied Flycatcher (female, unscripted)" makes no sounds and does not blink.
All above birds, except for the ones marked "unscripted", blink their eyes.
