"The sonic sunglasses were a device the Twelfth Doctor used to replace his sonic screwdriver after he abandoned it. They were worn as normal, black sunglasses with no visible difference to non-sonic versions. He used them to recall the TARDIS after it had been dispersed by the HADS "dispersal" function"

Based on the episode, "The Witch's Familiar", these glasses are a whimsical take on The Doctor's iconic screwdriver. Like our other sonic devices, the Sonic Sunglasses can create portals through any surface, interact with certain objects (see the API kit in Novatech vendors), and scan objects or avatars for information. It also works as normal glasses, with a touch menu to change size, lens color, opacity, etc.
The Sonic Sunglasses includes a menu, allowing the owner to customize many visual aspects, including:
* Coloring the lenses using an RGB menu.
* Changing the opacity of the lenses.
* Setting the lenses to full-bright, on and off.
* Making the lenses glow.
* Adjusting the size of the glasses.
* Putting the glasses up or lowering them.
* Automatically putting the glasses up when in the vicinity of avatars and lowering them when walking away.
Both of these features are fully animated giving a seamless transition between the up and down states.
