Created for the Ibex Empire pony sim, but usable by pony and non pony alike. This is a celebratory item for the Ibexian answer to Nightmare Night and Halloween... the Soul Lights Festival which goes on all month.
The Soul Lights Festival is based loosely on the Japanese Bon festivities.
Take part in the Derpyland candy hunt for 2014 and you could get a free one and other neat prizes from creators.
