An Equine lovers paradise, perfect for stabling your horses, and everything needed to care for them. The stable can house 3 horses, and the building is perfect for a care takers residence, an office, or even a riders club to relax and refresh the human element after a long day of riding, training, and horse play.
The Building and Stable is 76 LI total. It has two linkset parts. The physical, and the Phantomed so you can walk through the arches, and in to the building itself. You can climb the stairs to the second floor, there is a section of stair where climbing/descending is slightly tricky, but turning to the extreme left or right can get you past that part This is to keep the LI as low as possible
The Storage barn is 10 LI total and has two linkset parts. The physical and the phatomed. a great place to store your tools, tack, bedding and feed, keeping everything dry and relatively wind proof.
The rear wall is 2 LI
The Front Left Wall is 3 LI
The Right Wall is 3 LI
The planter and potted plants are 13 LI
The pots can be unlinked from the planter and configured anyway that suits.
The lamps inside and outside can be unlinked from the build as well. Each lamp is 1 LI
