Could have a sliding door script for the shop but that costs 10L$ to add. Should have a better LoD. But all in all, a very characteristic building.

The door of front don´t open/close.
But textures, building, is so good.
Land impact maybe must to be lower.
If have lower LI (i don´t know can be), and the door open-close, 5 stars.
