Amazing Ballet Studio!!
Bought this eons ago. Detail is superb. The mirror that takes up an entire wall is begging for a PBR update, but it's easy enough to mod (see the video link for a glimpse of what I did with it). The price is insanely low for what you get. I think it's worth a lot more than what the creator is asking for. HIGHLY recommended!

Looks and works fine!
The studio looks as advertised and the land impact is accurate. Shiny studio floor is implemented as a reflection room.Reasonably easy to mod, although textures/UV maps aren't provided.
Light and lightswitch scripts are flexible. The two light switches in two rooms both toggle all lights, but not a big deal.
Overall, good prefab.
