I have only one thing I don't like, but not worth giving less than 5 stars. It will run out of fuel in about 20 plus or minus minutes. Other than that, it is purely worth 5 stars
Flies nice! Nicely engineered EG product as usual!
I have a few EG aircraft and have enjoyed all of them over the years. I was looking for a Warbird and although EG's Spitfire isn't the newest on the market, the details given to it have held up well. The HUDs and two different flying modes ("easy" and "realistic") make learning how it works fairly straight forward. Owning some EG aircraft already, I know you HAVE TO pay attention to the "checklist" to get it going. It crosses sims really well and settles down into nice cruising when you just want to enjoy the experience. The only "complaints" I have is the canopy doesn't look "shut" until you zoom close to it and although it sounds like a Merlin, it could be better sampled. I wish there were other country paint schemes to choose from besides the one it has, although you CAN res 6 or 7 different letter codes so you can go flying with your squadron mates! Nice touch that! I was going to give it a 4 based on the sound quality, but overall it is a really good aircraft and I did buy a dated design. You wont be disappointed! Pay attention to that manual! X-)
