IMPORTANT: Linking mesh items with regular prims may result in a drastic increase of prim equivalent (PE).
TEXTURING:
Download the shade map textures and apply your texture to it. The "billboard face shade" texture is one full texture on the face. There is no need to change the scale of the texture.
