This is a large, traditional colonial home and it sits on a footprint 29x35 and is laid down as follows:

Access to the home is through double doors leading to a large entrance hall. A study/den is on the left, dining room and large family lounge and kitchen are accessed through open archways. A laundry room is accessed from the kitchen. On the second floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, all with doors leading to balconies and a family bathroom.

The house is full mod so you can easily make this house your own by decorating to your personal preference. A large terrace can be found at the rear of the house for all your outdoor dining and entertaining.

We included a kitchen/laundry room cupboards and bathroom furniture with the build. Other than sits in the stools, no other animations are included.

All other furniture shown is not provided and has been used to demonstrate how the home could look.

We recommend for you to really appreciate this home is to buy the demo.

The doors can be locked, Instructions are available within the contents of each door.

This house has been packaged using the Rez Faux system. This provides easy placement and final adjustments are easy and quick. Please read the instructions provided in the package. The build is copy/mod so you can edit it without the worry. You will always have a copy in your inventory should anything go wrong.
