Based on the feedback I have received, there is now 7 sizes to choose from and the Interiors are bundled separately (the full linked 1.0 version is still included).
The Item is not Modify due to some technical issues.

Images don't really show it off that well, the PDF ones are clearer.
The exterior is transparent from the outside and completely phantom, the inside of the shell has a geometric star effect. The area inside has enough room for quite a few avatars. The main platform in the centre is roughly 24x24 and the surrounding platforms are roughly 12x12.
Could be used for Concerts, as a dance club, as a hangar for your vehicles, a restaurant, shows and seminars, you could even use it as a house!

Nice but limiting
This is a nice build and not expensive... but with no-mod it is not very useful. If you like it just as is then I recommend it, but if you want control over color, floor placement, or anything else, this is not the item for you.
