///// Steampunk Mill /////
// Introduction:
If you like steampunk, you will probably appreciate this 3d concept art.
This creation was made with the less prims' impact possible.
It is composed of 90% mesh parts and I tried to provide the best quality for it.
It took me one week of work to create this windmill, I used photoshop, 3ds max, audacity, textures maker.
// Features:
- Low polygones mesh (low fps loss and SL friendly) / Basically the minimum land prims' impact is 27, but when it is scaled to fit avatar's normal size, it is more something like 57 prims.
- The full 3d object is provided *modify - *copy -*no transfer, so feel free to rescale it as you wish.
- The Mill is packed in a rezzer (rez faux system), just drop the "yellow big hex nut" on the ground and follow the pop up instructions.
- I applied quality textures and materials to the 3D model, most of those ones were handmade.
I made ambiant occlusion and I even added spotlights to generate shadows on the 3d model itself.
- The windmill is not only good looking from outside, you can enter and visit inside too. There is a flour sacks storage room and a millstone room. I set the Windmill in phantom and I made an invisible skeleton as physics (you can remove it if you do not need it).
- There is a ladder to access the first level, you will be able to climb it up and down (sit on poseball)
- I made a mesh straw bale for the fun, it cost 2 prims and it comes with the windmill.
// list of scripted and animated parts:
- wood doors with auto close
- rotating wind sails + dynamic shadow
- ladder animation to climb up and down
- smoking chimney
- rotating millstone
- rotating hex nuts mechanism
//list of sound designed parts:

- old wood door squeez and cracks
- Sails rusty rotation
- small rat squeez and eat grains
// Acknowledgments and legal
I would like to thank the Ecole SL community for their advises and the help they provided on this project.
I do not sell the textures I made for this 3D model, and I will not accept to make custom changes to suit your needs.

many parts
have to be careful when rezzing this. It has loose parts, better to do it in edit mode.
