This top hat gives a final touch to every Victorian, Steampunk or any other outfit and suits men and women (as well as kids!).
It comes in two options : with or without goggles.
The texture of the hat is initially white and can then be redyed to almost every colour.
The texture of the ribbon is initially light blue and white and can be redyed too.
Both hat and goggles can be resized and fully modded.
