The ad says a classic avatar and a mesh avatar can both use this item. Well, you can't use this as a classic avatar, without buying and wearing the fake add-on feet first. "Classic avatar can use" is supposed to mean with nothing else purchased or used but this product. And that is not the case.
So I finally broke down and bought a pair of fake, add-on feet for my avatar. Well I wasn't able to figure out how to use those properly. I never really got with the add-on body parts. I much prefer to simply wear a pair of shoes.
I purchased boots and sneakers today which had both mesh and unrigged copies. So I know it's possible. I have old sandals which are unrigged. So I had no reason to think these would be for mesh feet only.
The ad should really be changed. Mesh avatar only. You need mesh feet to use this product, there is no unrigged copy of the sandals. As for the sandals themselves, I wasn't able to see all the textures since I couldn't wear them. But I rezzed one of the sandals and it looks like the ad.
