The Stonewall House is 70 prims and unfurnished.
It is 14m x 31m so it fits in a standard 16 x 32 "512" parcel.
It is copy/mod so you can change textures, move, unlink and copy walls and windows and make as many copies as you like. (it says no mod but that is just the door scripts)
Before you rez your House:
The 2 room doors upstairs and the sliding glass doors are not linked to the main building so the script will work to open them so ....
Go in to edit mode BEFORE you rez it so you will be able to move the doors and the building together as one piece when you rez it.
In other words,
1. Click on any object in world and select "edit".
2. Drag your house from your inventory to the ground.
3. You will then be able to move it in one piece into your desired place.
