The GCD Store Shelving Kit is 100% Mesh with both old style (Blinn-Phong) and PBR Texturing.

The pack includes 4 different textured versions:
1) a clean plain texture
2) a clean version with perforations on the back plate.
3) a dirty, grunged version.
4) a worn scuffed version which is half way between the the clean and dirty versions.
All textures and materials are included and are FULL PERMISSIONS so you can download to your computer and adapt them to your needs using texture editing software like Photoshop or Gimp.
The pack also includes 2 sizes (1M & 2M) with both fixed 4 shelf and adjustable shelf versions which includes single separate shelving.
Both have 1 Prim Land impact at standard size. However the adjustable version may have a higher prim count depending on how many shelves you add.
On the 4 fixed shelf version, each shelf has a different price tag face. The single separate shelf has 4 individual separate price tag faces so each one can be given a different price.
If you don't want to have price tags, just make them transparent.
I've included my own price tag template with 6 different price points ($10, $25, $50, $100, $250, $500). This texture is full permissions so you can uploaded it to to your own texture editor and adapt the prices to suit yourself.
This item is best viewed inside a reflection probe with a PBR compatible viewer.

would give it 5 if modifyable.
great idea n its a good design dont get me wrong there, but, i needed a shelf i can modify and thats low prim, it would have been awesome if there was a empty shelf wall so users can make their own shelf setup.
