StudioOne Smart Light
====================

(Demo located at the IW store)

StudioOne is proud to present our Smart Lights package. A configurable system that includes automatic modes to detect avatars and obstacle awareness.

This lighting system is ideal whether you want security lighting or just the convenience of automatic lighting around your home or garden.

✅ Obstacle Awareness built in to Sensor mode. Will not detect an avatar if the line of sight is obstructed.*
✅ Two control switch panels included. 5 and 3 switches.
✅ Pair unlimited lights in different configurations including multiple lights to a single switch allowing you to create zones.
✅ Two main modes. Always On (manual on/off via the switch), Sensor (switches on when an avatar is within the set range).
✅ Access modes available for lights and control panels.
✅ Display on control panel indicating various different states.
✅ High quality mesh design.
✅ Projector lighting for maximum quality lighting and shadows.
✅ Mod permissions mean you can retexture and tweak to your liking if desired.
✅ Easily resizable.

Easily set up your lighting:
---------------------------------
1) Click on the control panel and enter the pairing menu.
2) Choose a switch number to pair to.
3) Click on a light and choose 'Pair'.
4) Repeat this step for more lights that you wish to pair to the selected switch.
5) To finalize, click on the control panel and go into the pairing menu again. Click Done.

--------
You can pair multiple lights to a single switch, but you cannot pair multiple switches to a single light. This was a decision we made to prevent errors.
--------

*Second Life Limitations:
=======================
- Obstacle Awareness: Not possible to respond to alpha layers or transparent textures so it will see a window as an object. It will detect the 'bounding box' or 'physics model' of a mesh, not the visible mesh, so for example if the bounding box of a mesh is larger than the visible mesh itself it's possible that where you see nothing, the camera will see an object. This is unlikely to be an issue for most objects on SL with accurate mesh modeling nor is it likely to be an issue for 99% of applications.
