The Surfside Yacht is back, but this time, i'm offering a fully modifiable version. This pack includes the yacht, in default textures, but fully modifiable. Yes, that means, copy, modify, AND transfer. Now you'll be able to personalize your own yacht. Best of all, it's for a GREAT price, but hurry because the price will go up over time. So get it while it's still low!
The yacht has a front deck, back deck, and top deck. It has a bar, and it also has a half circle seating area which is located on the front deck. The back deck has the door to the inside, and dual stairs leading up to the bar on top. Inside the yacht, there are two rooms. And in the lower room, there is a jet ski hanger, scripted so that the door will open with the push of a button.
This yacht comes in a box:
1. When you receive the box in-world, find it in your inventory.
2. Drag the box onto the ground from your inventory;
It should be named : Surfside Luxury Yacht MODvers.
3. Then all you need to do is click on the box to open, and add all the contents into your inventory.

the top windows you see in pic' you cant use area not high enough to stand ( my av 180) the lower deck is Huge, so you can lower the the floor, but a lot off work, prims don't align overlapping each other so hard to texture if you not align them, and then I mean the biggest part off the yacht.. it's not just texturing, you will have to change a lot to get a nice end result.... I had to change the most , but if you not a good builder it's a nice start to practice building a Yacht.

When u look at the picture it is a great build.. really great build.. i normally am not one to leave reviews but i wanted a good looking yacht and for decent prims.. yes this can be broken down if u are a good modder.. i will agree with that.. but there are too many prims to go unspecified. I tried to look for a demo in world to check prims before purchase yea 500L not bad but still i plan on using this for small use not anything major and to be 483 prims this is beyond too much... nice build.. too many prims

this is a descent build i figure in about 3-4 days i'll have this boat drivable and on market in no more then a week....so keep ya eyes out
You'd only want to buy this item if you're a gifted builder / scripter and have plans for it-- which I did. It's a bit primmy in places, unfinished (of course) and will need a lot of modding... but then, that's what it's for, eh?
I like the idea of putting something of me into an item. This build is nothing amazing, but it's a reasonably good effort at a reasonably ok price for a full-perm item. It has potential-- which is what I was looking for. It likely won't meet everyone's needs, but if you're a skilled modder, this is an acceptably good starting base. End game, I'm good with my purchase, which is what it all comes down to.
