Update : I have add another pose : PiggyBack.
This tool is totally unique.You have many possibilities to carry one
child or two. You can carry a kid on your shoulders, in front, or on
the side balanced on your hip. It is also possible to carry a child on
each hip at the same time! This tool has a HUD to kiss the mommy
on the cheek. There are 2 kiss options: a short one for normal use
and a long one for photo taking. The kids will be able to kiss
mommy on the left, right, front or together. The mommy can take
the control of the kiss too. It's very easy to use and works very
smoothly.You are also able to custom fit the balls for the size of
your child with the built-in menu, and the child(ren) can angle the
camera in front or in back.
Like all kids carrier, you need to rez it.

This doesn't work in today's SL!
There have probably been too many changes in the way scripts operate in SL in the last 10 years for this carrier to keep going. It just throws up script errors constantly and we couldn't get even the basic piggy back pose to work, or have the carrying person walk at all. The animations appear to be 'removable' if you know how to build your own avi sitter - and they do look really cute and well done. So if you want a build challenge, go for it! Otherwise, don't buy this.
Dont buy it. Wast of money...
It only allows to carrier on the shoulders, its the only position. Dont work on arms.
After adjusting the balls, it makes the kisses on bellys mom!

ment for kids, not parents
I got this product as a parent for our little girl zu carry her around. Turns out, it´s not ment to be owned by the parent but by the toddler. So i gut Huds in my inventory that are of no use for me and i wasn´t able to move, sitting on the posestand.
I am realy dissapointed and would have appreciated a more clear product information about that.

I am not thrilled
This seemed to be a terrific find for me and my girls, but is you try to change poses,shifting my daughter from side to front it drops her kicks me off and you have to start all over. This is an OK item but it is not what it claims. it is SINGLE pose per use no way should it be called a Multipose.
