Nicely detailed swinging saloon doors with a proximity script. The script is No Modify but the doors are full perm. The script has to be placed in a root prim. The doors have to be labeled "left" and "right" in the description in order for the script to activate them.

I use the sculpt ones with a different texture to go with my saloon... I got the best saloon doors in the west :)
Pretty good... but not quite
The doors just suddenly open, and they don't swing back. If the doors were animated like a real saloon door, that would be better.
The scripts do work, its functional. Its just not exactly what I needed.
