T-Spot Mesh - Small Cocoa Tree - Full Perm - LI=1.5

DESCRIPTION:

A small Cocoa tree with fruits. The tree consists of three linked mesh models: the trunk and stems, the leaves and the fruits. The tree is about 2.8 m tall.

The tree comes with all the textures as is. I've included the textures for four fruit colors, as shown in the pictures.

The leaf textures are from RL photos. The fruit textures are handpainted.

LAND IMPACT:

The item has a land impact (LI) of 1.5. Stretching it will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
