T-Spot Mesh - Orange Tree - Full Perm - LI=3.1-4.5

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This is a full perm pack in a series of T-Spot plants, trees and vegetables that are made with different growth stages of either the full plant or parts thereof.

This is a small Orange tree in two versions (appr. 2.2 m. tall) with detailed branches, leaves and fruits, designed for making the oranges look as if they grow and mature on the tree by the use of a texture change script.

The oranges are a separate mesh model and each orange consists of three texture faces that each show the orange in one size and maturity state.

The pack includes these trees:

- A model with oranges in the last (ripe) stage only.
- 3 x model 2 which have oranges made for three growth stages.

The pack doesn't include a script but I have one for sale that you can use: "T-Spot Dynamic Multiface Mesh Animation Script - Full Perm". There's a link to it under "Related Items".

LAND IMPACT:

The tree has a land impact (LI) of 3.1 to 4.5, depending on which mesh model it is. If you stretch the trees, the LI will go up, but please bear in mind that this type of tree is not designed to be large.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with one of the following permission settings:
