T-Spot Mesh - Lemon Tree - Full Perm - LI=2.2-3.5

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This is a full perm pack in a series of T-Spot plants, trees and vegetables that are made with different growth stages of either the full plant or parts thereof.

This is a small Avocado tree (appr. 1.5 m. tall) with detailed branches, leaves and fruits, designed for making the avocados look as if they grow and mature on the tree by the use of a texture change script.

The avocados are a separate mesh model and each avocado consists of three texture faces that each show the avocado in once size and maturity state.

The pack includes four examples of the tree, where one is without the avocados, and the other three each show an avocado growth stage. I've made these pre textured examples so that you can just pick the on you want to use in your project, if you don't want to use it with a texture change script.

The pack doesn't include a script and unfortunately, I can't give any advice on which script to use, but it should be one that can change the transparency for the three texture faces in the avocados in a sequence.

LAND IMPACT:

The tree has a land impact (LI) of 1.5 (no avocados) and 1.8. If you strecth the tree, the LI will go up, but please bear in mind that it's not designed to be a large tree.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with one of the following permission settings:
