T-Spot Mesh - Tall Fir Tree - Handpainted - 3 Colors - LI=6

DESCRIPTION:

A handpainted interpretation of a Fir tree. The tree is rather tall (approx. 10.75 m.). You can shrink it if you like, which will also bring the land impact )LI) down.

The tree is made of two separate meshes linked together, which means you can use each mesh for other projects.

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
