While wearing a TAGS or TUNES meter, wearing this will grant the player 10 armor points. Armor will soften damage from most rounds and double a player's time-to-defeat.

The armor plates are provided without a plate carrier, and can be resized and hidden by saying '/999 armor'
This is a 'BYO Plate Carrier' solution for most players.
