IMPORTANT: Owner of this object must have ability to change land sound URL.

----------------------------
Backstory:
This is pretty straight forward. We have some Internet stations we like for different times of the day. Tired of constantly needing someone to bop back to a radio, Mal made this thing!
----------------------------

The script (of course) has to be inside something, so Allie wrote a script to display the SL sever hour. You get her "clock," too!

You Get:
• <TA>Land Sound Scheduled Changer (script)
• It is installed in a 1 prim <TA>SL Server Hour Displayer
• Sample config cards

You can just rez the "clock", open its contents, edit the confg notecard (see below) and you are done.

Instructions and Comments:

• Rez the clock prim.

• Open contents and edit the !!!Config!!! card (not the example card).

• The config is really easy, but must be precise. The time is SL server time and must be 4 digits. The space before and after the | (and the | ) are necessary.

• Save the cofing

COMMENTS

1). We ran this for several months before releasing it. No problems of any sort were experienced using this…

EXCEPT when (2 or 3 times) a station in the schedule was offline. It switches to that station anyway.

2). You need only

!!!Config!!!
<TA>Land Sound Scheduler

in an object for it to work. You can remove them from the "clock" and install them in other things.

GROUP OWNED LAND

The Scheduler is Transfer so you can deed it to the group for group owned land. If, after deeding, you want to change the config file, buy it from your group, edit the config card, then deed it back.

####### Example Config with Notes #######

00:00 | http://listen.radionomy.com/NashvilleEdge
06:00 | http://stream1.slowradio.com
14:15 | http://stream-hautdebit.frequence3.net:8000
14:18 | http://7609.live.streamtheworld.com:80/977_HITS_SC
20:20 | http://listen.radionomy.com/NashvilleEdge
99:99 | 00000000

-------------------------------------------------
YOUR CONFIG WILL NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS! The last line is the 99:99… line.

Format the schedule as:

hh:mm | http://stationURL.ooo:OOO

You need only indicate when a station comes on. Since only one station can play at a time, Therefore, there is no need to indicate an end time.

Times are SL times since SL Server midnight (USA Pacific Coast Time)

Don't add blank lines anywhere, even at the end.

You need a 00:00 entry, so whatever is playing at midnight, no matter when it started, needs to ALSO be in the 00:00 slot

IMPORTANT: -->>>>> The space before and after the | matter. They are counted in the parsing fo the string.

The 99:99 entry is a "hard stop" for the logic.

CONSIDERATIONS: You may manually pick stations. The script will not overwrite your manual pick (which can occur via other radio devices or by typing in your land config interface.) However, when the next scheduled change comes up, it WILL overwrite it. So, if you have set a stream for an event, you should "Take" the <TA>Land Sound Scheduled Changer back into inventory to avoid interruptions.
