Beautiful design, but not very functional.

I hate to leave a less-than-stellar review on anything as cute as this, especially because of all the hard work that goes into original meshing, but I really want to make sure I pass this info along for anyone else out there who may be hoping to use this in a shop build.

The pros of this mesh are that it's adorable and, as I mentioned, exactly what I was looking for in terms of a small, themed shop layout. The price is also very hard to beat for something this size.

The cons, though, are that most of the structure has to be set to phantom if you actually want to walk through the doorway and stand at floor level inside, which means you'll be walking through the walls and the surrounding mesh land. It's also specifically sized for small avis, so if you're an average size and you want to use this as a shop or a house, you'll need to scale it up, which more than doubles the land impact. Then, of course, once you've scaled up, the phantom land surrounding the house practically engulfs you across a very large area

I'm glad I bought it and I'm determined to make it work for what I need, but I just thought it would be best to warn people that this isn't the easiest mesh to work with and it requires A LOT of tweaking and adding invisible barriers if you're hoping to use it as a commercial/interactive social space. As a facade or teeny tiny home, it's perfectly lovely, but it's not very functional beyond that.
