The Kara Cabin is 100% mesh and includes two versions. The first version is the complete version, which is 42 LI in weight. It is designed to fit snugly into a 40x32 parcel. The second version removes the side patio and balcony. This version is 32 LI in weight and fits snugly into a 32x32 parcel. The very low land impact count of each version will leave you plenty of room for decoration. Of course, you could further lower the land impact by removing the interior loft and stairs, the fireplace and chimney, and even the front steps. The homes are copy/modify permissions, allowing you to retexture the walls and floors to suit your particular style.
