This is a mesh vented covered bridge that will look great on your property.
It is 1 prim, so it can be stretched in any direction independently.
Comes 5 x 5 x 13 = Land Impact = 3
Larger volume goes higher from here ( as all mesh changes LI with size).
Accurate physics so you can walk inside but not through the walls.

One shows the different faces to texture as you wish.
One comes textured in old oak planks.
