This is a very low Land Impact six-step mesh platform with two faces - one on top and one the rest.

It comes with two versions: One Old Oak all sides and one blank that shows the two sides that can be textured independently.

It is 1 prim and can be stretched in any direction quite far and still have a land impact of 1.

After resizing it, you can get a nicer texture appearance by adjusting the horizontal and vertical values in the Edit Tool -> Texture Tab, as well as color, full bright, etc.
