This is a very low Land Impact mesh platform with three paintable faces - one on top, one on the sides and one for the rest. The back side is flat.

It comes with two versions: One Old Oak all sides and one blank that shows the three sides that can be textured independently.

It is 1 prim and has a land impact of 2 as it comes 3x6x2 meters. Mesh objects grow in land impact as they get bigger.

After resizing it, you can get a nicer texture appearance by adjusting the horizontal and vertical values in the Edit Tool -> Texture Tab, as well as color, full bright, etc.
