Just slide your notecards onto it or into its contents, then it is ready to deliver upon touch. It delivers all notecards when touched.
It is modify so you can rename and resize it. Even the script is modify if you want to change it.
A copy version is also available.

Easy and simple
The only issue for me is that it gives anyone who clicks on it all applications that have been dropped into it, which some might find irritating and time-wasting...but it does work and it's very easy to use.
