[TMC] Bamboo Animated Wind Effect HUD Control

Includes four different models (3 single, one line, one clump). Single and clump models also have physics enabled variations to enable you to use them as walls or privacy screens.

The mesh has been designed to be as low LI as possible at approximately 7m tall. Resizing or linking the mesh will cause the LI to change. Note these are not animated mesh.

LI at 7m high is:

Single: 0.5 LI
Clump (physics and phantom): 1 LI
Line (phantom): 1 LI
Line (physics): 2 LI

Linking, unlinking and resizing mesh will change the land impact.

Note that to keep the land impact extremely low, the bamboo will disappear when viewed from a distance.

Change the wind effect on all the bamboo on a sim with just one click. Choose from off, calm, breeze, windy and storm.

Scripts are no mod (and can be deleted using the HUD).
