Decent dress but only one size. If you are Rebirth Eden and always Normal, this is an inexpensive and good choice.
Bottom line: If you need a single (normal) size full perm model, this is a reasonably good choice.
The description in the writeup is minimal, so I am putting some detail into this review.
Worst feature: Only a single mesh dress is included, and this dress will fit the Rebirth Eden Normal avatar reasonably well. It will not fit the other sizes (flat or petite for example) that come with Rebirth Eden bodies. Rebirth outfits are often sold in multiple sizes. This dress cannot be sold that way. Minus two stars.
The folder includes several alpha masks included, for no obvious reason. A custom made garment shouldn't really need those. I doubt that anyone will find a use for them. Although they're pretty much useless, they don't do any harm. Plus/minus zero stars for that.
The dress has 8 faces (four for the front/back of top and bottom each, a belt face, front right and left of top front faces, and back of top). This is good. Plus one star. There are no interior faces and the material is essentially zero thickness. This is not unusual for dresses in this price range. Having an interior face for skirts is a feature of more expensive mesh clothing. Minus one star.
The AO map is a bit rough in places and you will probably want to edit it (decreasing the contrast improves it dramatically) or make a new one. The AO map shadows buttons, but the mesh doesn't have them. This isn't a major flaw. I just edited them out of the AO map and the skirt looked better. The UV map seems reasonably accurate, but shows that the mesh has some odd interior angles which will make detailed texturing more difficult (but not impossible). The LI is quite reasonable. There are no bump maps. Making a bump map even just for the buttons on the AO would increase the realism if you're using the included AO map unmodified. On the whole, plus/minus zero stars for the texture maps.
